Workshop Ts&Cs

For face to face events only

Payment

Payment is required to secure your booking. You can pay via Pay Pal which is secure, fast and easy.  You do not have to have a paypal account to pay via paypal as you can use your credit or debit card.  Alternatively I accept online banking payment, or Sterling cheques by post (and will confirm your place once your cheque has cleared) - Please contact me for further information if you would like to pay by either of these 2 methods.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel your place, a refund may be possible depending on how much notice you give in advance of the workshop date:

6 weeks - full refund

4-6weeks -  50% of the fee (and refund the rest if the place can be re-sold)

27 days or less - unfortunately no refund can be given unless you or I am able to fill your place.

If you are unable to attend you can of course send someone in you place, but please inform me of this prior to the event.

To ensure a quality workshop experience numbers are limited to a maximum of 6 -12 places (depending on the topic) at each event.  However, where too few people book to make the workshop viable, the workshop would need to be cancelled.  Should this scenario occur I will endeavour to give you 14 days notice. If I have to cancel the event you will receive a full refund, or you can opt to transfer to another event if you prefer.

What's included?

  • full tuition

  • a workshop pack containing training materials and a free pattern (face to face events only)

  • other items as stated in individual workshop descriptions (face to face events only)

You will need to bring your own knitting needles and basic sewing kit (sewing needles, scissors, etc) as specified for a particular workshop.If you have any questions about the workshops or your booking, please do not hesitate to contact me.
