 FAQS

I'm knitting one of your patterns and am stuck - can you help?

Of course, please do get in touch if there is something you don’t understand or have a question. I make every effort to ensure the directions are clear and often have supporting videos, and want you to have an enjoyable knitting experience. If something is not clear, I’d love to hear about it.

I’m looking for a sweater with x,y,z - can you write/modify a pattern or knit it for me?

I’m sorry I don’t provide that service. That would take a lot of time which I simply can’t spare. Why not come to one of my courses which will help you modify patterns?

I bought a pattern a while ago, and I've lost it. Can I get another copy?

If you bought it via Ravelry or Love Crafts, the pattern should automatically have saved to your library on those sites, so check there first. If you do not see it there, contact me, and I can send you another copy. Please include the name of the pattern, and the email address that you have on file with PayPal.

I'm knitting another designer's pattern - can you help?

I’m sorry I’m not able to offer support with other designers’ patterns as I won’t know what the designer intended. It’s much better to contact that designer or yarn company directly for help via email. I've found that a good way to reach designers is via Ravelry message or their websites which you can probably find via google.
