Welcome to Donna Jones Designs. All information presented within the store is given in good faith and all items are offered for sale subject to availability. I reserve the right to withdraw an item or change prices at any time.
Payment
Purchases can be made online via the cart. I accept payment via Paypal or credit card (via Paypal). To pay by credit card, select the Paypal option at checkout and on the Paypal login there is a link to pay by credit card if you do not have a Paypal account.
Your order will usually be dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment, and if for any reason this is not possible I will email you to inform you of any delay. Your purchases will be carefully and securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Delivery
Orders will be sent by Standard Royal Mail (2nd Class) to the UK and by Royal Mail Airmail to mainland Europe and the rest of the world. I cannot be held responsible for delivery times.
If you would like to upgrade to a more prompt delivery this will please contact me to discuss your requirements.Postage and shipping costs are subject to fluctuations and I reserve the right to amend rates at any time.
NOTE: Customers ordering from outside the UK (including EU) may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes which are levied after the package reaches their country and these are the responsibility of the purchaser. If a package is returned due to a customer's refusal to pay such taxes or fees upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in the package being returned and I will refund the balance of the purchase.
Returns
I hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return unused goods within 10 business days of receiving them (this excludes bespoke items). Please do contact me before returning any items, and I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage.
You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. All refunds will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - initial postage costs are non-refundable, but in cases where goods are not as ordered or damaged please contact me to discuss - customer care is a priority.
Please note that due to the nature of this media I am unable to provide refunds for PDF downloads. If you have any questions about a pattern you have purchased please do not hesitate to contact me.
